Even other hotels closer to F don't always offer shuttle service to F. I stayed at the Renaissance Concourse on the north side of ATL during an overnight layover as part of an international itinerary. Now granted this was a year ago but the hotel would not take me on the hotel shuttle to F. They only offered the option of taking me to the Domestic Terminal where I would then have to catch the shuttle around to F. I opted to just take an Uber from the hotel to F instead.
