It's the issue whenever there is a shuttle bus involved. It takes forever, and there may be a long line, and you just wait and wait.
And in the US many big airports don't seem to have rail, or rather have the promise of rail that never materializes (like flying cars which were supposed to have been around decades ago). And then those that do have rail may not have rail to everything.
