It appears to me that the NON USs program can-not merge/transfer points as in older program, at least there is info on it, nor any data point on this board that proves it from what I've read. Other than communicating with them directly the only way I can think of is to send the points to the US program, consolidating from there, and send then back to the NON US program, but I think the time for that has passed due to impending merge. I guess you have to throw yourself at the mercy of the customer service rep and see what they say. Good luck.
