Child is sick mid way through our trip in brazil with Strep. Contagious for the next 2 days or so till fever is gone. Got Doc note from local hospital stating date of sickness, diagnosis, the condition and that he's contagious and cant travel for 2 days. This was all written in portuguese in hand writing in a doctor header note pad and stamped with doc details. Is this sufficient? See attached. I was thinking of connecting to US teleheath to get another doc note in english in case that is an issue. Not sure if telehealth will fill out the full form.

We saw the doc on Monday morning. This was for a 2 night resort stay that would have started Yesterday till Wed. It would have required us to drive 6-8hrs and our son is not in a state to travel with high fever and nocuous and vomiting etc. Please advise best option to ensure I can file a successful claim.
