Guess it depends on your definition of “bad weather”.
I’m seeing rain and 50% chance thunderstorms throughout the day at EWR on three weather apps. I am concerned about getting “stuck” there. If the weather is bad, I assume ALL flights will be delayed/canceled but don’t know who makes the decision to cancel or delay flights and how this decision is made.

I have one ticket through to AMS all with Aer Lingus.
I noticed the EWR-DUB flight I’m taking (EI 100)was CANCELED Sunday for the second time in about a month since I started tracking it. Don’t know the reason but seemed concerning.

The layover in DUB is 80 minutes. There is another flight to Amsterdam three hours later and a flight much later than that (10 hours or so). Unfortunately, the flight that is six or seven hours later doesn’t run on Saturday.
