I am all for criticising LH‘s cost cutting measures regarding onboard service, outsourcing of ground services and mind-boggling diversification of airline brands and services depending on destination while basically doubling or tripling their fares.
LH still do have very good staff, though, and are running one of the most reliable and consistent operations in Europe, if not on a wider scale.
There may be delays - as in any airline. But most of the time they get me when and where I need or want to go on a well maintained and clean aircraft. That‘s a lot better than what most real LC operators can claim.
