But also on that same webpage it will show that you have ticked a box to confirm that: "I have read and accept the Qatar Airways terms and conditions and I understand that Qatar Airways will cancel my reservation and process a refund according to the fare rules of my ticket". The cancellation would not have proceeded had you not ticked your agreement.
So whilst in principle the screenshot may indicate that you have requested a voucher for X+10%, in reality you have agreed that your actual refund will be subject to:
1. The website terms of use conditions linked to in the statement you ticked (and as linked to in another post higher up this thread)
2. The fare rules of your specific ticket and any applicable penalties they specify for cancellation, no show, changes etc
And then there is also a third very important set of terms and conditions that must be met when applying for a voucher, as also listed and linked to a few posts above this one.
Previous itinerary changes, paying for the ticket with another voucher, booking in a Lite fare class etc are amongst a long list of potential disqualifications from receiving a voucher. That is why people are asking about the history of your ticket, in order to provide specific advice.
The screenshots alone are effectively just a record of you making a request. Your booking would then have been checked against all of these terms, conditions and fare rules before a voucher, or cash refund in this case, was actually issued. QR obviously feel that there is something about the history of this booking that disqualified it from being eligible for the voucher.
Please read all of the terms and conditions. Many of us never read them at the time of course but that does not change their applicability. And you did agree to them.
If you are still certain that the history of this booking does not fall foul of any one of them then you probably have a case. Please come back and tell us the details.
But on its own, and in isolation from the history of the booking and all of the many terms you agreed to, the screenshot alone may not prove entitlement. Sorry.
Are you affiliated with QA? Any legitimate company must provide the customer with accurate information at all times. QA failed to do that which is a scam. Anyway, I was smart enough to save screenshots to prove their dishonest business.
