On my recent flight, I was in row 3, and by the time they got to me the vegetarian omelet was not available after only taking orders from 4 people ahead of me. Not sure if they just carry less of the vegetarian meals or if everyone else ordered it. I'm not a vegetarian but the mushroom omelet sounded good.
