I am checking rates now for my return in mid-October and it's 58,000 points or 79,000 JPY per night, and for early December it's 53,000 points or 80,700 JPY per night, so I immediately booked the December night! Rates in August and September are between 70,000 to 80,000 points per night!!! Geeez
