If I'm fair, travelling out of BOS really isn't the best CS experience. I've only flown this once and it was a ridiculously quick 5 hours 30 or so and the crew is supposed to serve you dinner and breakfast, plus you get sleep in-between? Not saying it shouldn't be better of course, but BOS for me was the worst J experience I've had so far.
I've also given up on J breakfast. It's basic at best and I just go to the Arrival's room now. I might have some fruit, orange and coffee, but avoid anything like the roll or even the 'full British' they serve.
