I felt the service levels were very good in Premium Economy. Things like the personal greeting, making sure I had my first course meal choice, and general attentiveness went a long way.
I have not been in CX PE since the pandemic, but my wife and I did ORD-HKG-SYD and back shortly before, and thought it was just fine. Seat equal to BA's, food and staff probably better, got off feeling pretty good considering the hours.
