You need to check in for the LH segment with LH. If you're having issues with that, please visit the
LH forum. LH
should also be able to check you in for the subsequent AC flights (including the second one, as long as it departs within 48 hours of when you're trying to OLCI). It should work with OLCI. It's possible that, if it doesn't work, you could use the AC site to check in only for the AC legs. But you're better to just do it through LH.
