When you say 0'd out, what does that mean? Why does the website show available? I don't understand the discrepancy - is there some magic button where a revenue manager can just say "nobody can touch this flight cause it's all screwy" or something? And why did the JSON show Premium Plus is overbooked? You think that's right?
it is not clear why UA zeroed out all classes on this flight. Possible they 'clear this' and the UG will go through. The current level of irops is off the chart though, so any displaced business pax will be re-accommodated first.
Zeroed out looks like the below ... no booking class in any COS shows any available seat
