Good choice but W is much better

Anyways, stayed here for several nights after my fantastic trip to Easter Island.

Front desk staff were efficient and proactively offered 4PM check-out. I requested for 5PM, and they happily obliged.

The club lounge is closed when I stayed (June 2023). So in lieu breakfast was at that restaurant in B1. Complimentary evening hors d'oeuvre was at that other resto at the basement as well.

Mini burgers

Chilean pisco sour

Empanada

Cheeseplate

With the lounge being closed, they are quite stingy with the drinks and snacks. Only 1 hor d'oeuvre and 1 drink per day.

Breakfast was standard. Same choices everyday.

Dinner was so-so. Had better meals in Chile. Cost would be around 50K CLP or 60$ per person for an appetizer and main.

Was pre-approved to a Jr. Suite several days prior and it was quite spacious. Has a jacuzzi and a separate living area.

Have been to Santiago at least half a dozen times in the past so i know what location im staying at. But keep in mind that this hotel is far from the "old town" tourist area. Better to stay at Sheraton if it's your first time.
