My experience so far has been positive regarding booking superior or deluxe rooms and getting exactly that, or something better. It may also be related though with me having elite status with Strawberry/Nordic Choice.
Just out of curiosity, what specific properties have you seen this summer that allowed you to select also suites? Are we talking about properties in major Scandinavian cities, or in rather small places?
