I've dealt with branded items for my company and I'd say that $5 is probably a fair price to charge customers for these, especially if they are going to be ordering in bulk for multiple properties. It's hard to see the entire bottle from the picture, but it doesn't look like a particularly fancy one. $15 is ridiculous.

Will note that AC Hotels and Canopy hotels provide glass bottles for use during your stay for free.
