Sorry… the seat map is not available for …
On 21 July, I’m on KL 652 - IAD-AMS (operated on a 777-200 per the KLM app) and on 22 July, I’m on KL 569 (operated on a 787-10 per the KLM app). I’m in paid business class on both segments. When I booked my flights, I was able to select seats, and my seat assignments are still shown in the app.
I heard that KLM is reconfiguring their 777s in Business from 2-2-2 to 1-2-1. I hate having people stumble over me, so I deliberately selected a middle section seat. I wanted to see if my IAD-AMS flight will be on the new configuration, so I went to my reservation to see the seat map. For the past week, I’ve been getting “Sorry… the seat map is not available for JIMRPA”. Is there any way for me to tell if I’m on a reconfigured aircraft and to change my seat assignment to a window seat, if so?
