Completed a one night stay and think this property is incredible value for the price ($100-110 many nights). Decor was well done in the remodel and makes what would otherwise be a dingy motel really vibrant and kind of fun. Location is good if you need to be in SV, with many restaurants and strip malls nearby even golf land across the street. Front desk was friendly, got an upgrade to a “resort view room” which is just one facing the pool but next time I would ask for room on second floor due to noise from footsteps. Pool looked nice and many people used it while closing time was enforced as well to help keep noise down. Breakfast was your typical powdered eggs, bad bacon, limited fruits, bagels etc like a Hyatt place. Gym larger than expected and decently equipped.

100% would stay here again for the great value.
