What is the cheapest points rate you've ever seen? I'm seeing 58,000 points/¥78101.

It's a long thread, but is there no longer free lounge access for Titanium Elites? Do you have any specifics about the breakfast, especially the Japanese option? I'm tempted to try this hotel out since it's so new and I'm flying into and out of HND.
