I have seen this recently also. Started taking screenshots, as I had a large Amex amount post over the weekend but not the right of miles go to the available balance and have a flight credit that shows posted but no change in available miles. Something which worked so well now broken it seems, and annoying for anyone expecting the miles to possibly use. I'll give a few days but disappointing back step in IT again. Oh - I have checked both the app and website and they both are showing the same issue with available mile balance.
