I am pretty sure that the benefits of the ticket are determined by the fare basis and as this is without a doubt an O-fare basis and thus a light fare, the conditions of that fare basis apply for the entire trip. As far as I know, all intercontinental business class fares (O/Z/I/D/C/J) require intra-Europe sectors to be booked in J-cass.
