Stayed at this fairly new property before and after my trip to Easter Island Rapa Nui, Polynesia Chile last June 2023.

And each time I had issues. During my 1st stay, I wasn't offered any elite welcome amenity. So I informed front desk to just give me 500 points as my welcome amenity. He was clueless about that. And up to this day, haven't received my 500 welcome amenity points. (They should be thankful I'm not the type that would bring up the welcome amenity guarantee and demand cash for it.)

The room had no hair dryer when i first stayed and it took at least an hour to get one. And depending on where your room location is, you could shower with no hot water. This is a pain as all flights to Easter Island are early in the morning (see TA for hot water complaints).

On my 2nd stay, I asked for 3PM late check-out and they said no. The max they can do is 1PM. As far as I am aware, this is neither a resort nor a conference hotel.

Anyways, i believe there isn't any suites at this property. But appreciated being upgraded to their highest category room, which is their corner room).





Meals were petty decent in this property and prices are very reasonable. However, they still managed to screw this up by giving me the wrong order (language barrier).




Their complimentary shuttle system is fairly good too. You message them in advanced to flight details. Ask for their WhatsApp #. And on arrival, WhatsApp them and they will pick you up in 15-20 min. Return to Airport is every hour 24h. Very good since all flights currently to Easter Island is early A.M.

After travelling to over 104 Countries many times over, I am quite jaded when it comes to historical and natural sights. But Easter Island is really breathtaking and should not be missed when travelling to Chile.
