UK261. Submitted the claim two weeks ago, have heard nothing from them since apart from the automated email.
I actually didn't know that I wouldn't get Original Routing Credit -- thank you for pointing that out! Do I have to claim for that separately? Does that include Tier Points? Where do I claim that?
