being a Hertz President circle member for years now, I've never been (even proposed to be) upgraded on any Hertz location I rented with (wherever it was, Florida, California, Nevada, Colorado etc...). Next week I'll once go with Hertz at ORD for a L4 medium 7 passengers SUV and this time, I would like to get "what I deserve" with my president circle status So first, is there a real advantage being president circle? I MEAN IF i book a L4, come to the location, check the board and go straight to the car assigned to me (which will be for sure a kind of Nissan Pathfinder or something equivalent), I will get what I paid for, no upgrade at all so no added value being president circle... If I expect an upgrade, how is it working? Do I need to go to the desk? Do I have to go directly on the President circle section, grab whatever car is there and go to the gatehoping I won't be either returned to the desk or extra (indecently) charged?
