Your BOG flight will arrive at B, so probably better to go to FCLB & they will drive you to your BCN flight, it is quite a long walk from B arrival gates to FCT & immigration lines could be long.
It's been a while for me, but they don't drive to Schengen from FCL B.
Arriving B you can go through immigration and security to FCL A and be driven to the plane if it has an outside position, or go through immigration, walk landside to the FCT and pass security there.
