Yeah found out the hard way it kills it. BUT the agent re-applied additional PlusPoints for a new upgrade, and I do show on the upgrade waitlist.

When you say 0'd out, what does that mean? Why does the website show available? I don't understand the discrepancy - is there some magic button where a revenue manager can just say "nobody can touch this flight cause it's all screwy" or something? And why did the JSON show Premium Plus is overbooked? You think that's right?
