Is it just not possible to change a paid flight online? Did you accept the schedule change? If not, you will see in the website under your booking: "There has been a change to your booking and it is not possible to check in for your flight at this time." When you hit the "View your booking" button, you will see three options on the bottom: "Acknowledge changes", "Search for alternate flights" and "Cancel booking". You can choose the option suitable for you.
If you do not see the above, please let us know what you are seeing under your booking for us to identify the problem here.
