More like especially​​​​​. Retail one-way rates with National tend to be something like $243/day, unlimited miles for everything. There are some corporate rates that are always say $37/day with a mileage charge for one-ways. There are other types of corporate rates that may be $37/day roundtrip, then change to say $89/day unlimited miles one-way, but for economy through fullsize. Anything larger would be the flat daily rate with a mileage charge. Read your contract rate T&Cs carefully.
