PHX-ORD dinner flight last week - no PDB, no nuts, dessert options were only small cup of pre-packed vanilla ice cream or cheese plate. Thankfully we pre-ordered our meals because they ran out of the chicken quickly for the other guests. I went Kosher, and my companion went for the chicken espagnole.


PHX-ORD chicken espagnole - I don't understand the salad/appetizer (it looked like other plates had prosciutto on their salads). Chicken was fine, potato was good.

The Kosher meal was up and down - the couscous was good (though the chicken was really, really overcooked and dry). I didn't like the appetizer. The dessert was also really dry - a round cake covered in coconut, maybe lime flavored? Hummus was fine. Maybe I was supposed to use that on the chicken?
