Just finished a 5 night stay here. Loved the facilties and kid activities for the most part. Staff was great and did take our feedback.

go to the Mexican section for breakfast - probably best thing there

things I didn’t like:

food (just awful) salty AF and I love salt. - the Indian place on the adult side was the best place and they do takeout

Pools were dirty and barely cleaned. They had 1 guy cleaning at like 9-10am and it was bare minimum.

butler never showed up to pick up our luggage

bathroom was dirty - black tile they had showed all the soap spots which clearly show it has never been cleaned.

kids club - no kids under the age of 4 are allowed even if accompanied by an adult. (Although I understand the to maintain capacity). They have family hours from 12-2pm.

understand a property this size is hard to maintain but at that cash rate, it is despicable.
