I have a quick question using EF on AA. I'm looking at AA61 DFW-NRT 3/15/2024. Why is the C space different by different search method? Different between paid vs award upgrade?

If I use flight availability search, it's C7


But if I use Awards and Upgrades search, there is nothing, C0


Just want to make sure, does C class includes award ticket, SWU, and upgrade with miles, or only some of them?
