I am actually similar situation, even I booked the residence, there were still nothing. Later, I did read the fine print that you can hardly find finally with a lot of blackout dates. The customer services were completely not helpful and not even show intentions to help. I may just exp this residence and never flies it again to avoid all the troubles. I read a lot of reviews regarding this free stopover thing, it is unfortunately everyone's headache. You think they might be as good as EK, unfortunately they are just another airline with good promotions.
