If you don't want to sit right near the galley/bathroom, I'd also put a plug in for 9A/9L. Still true window seats, and as it turns out you'll get served early because the FA in the mid-galley serves rows 9 and back.

That said, I was recently on ship #1002 and I've never seen such a beat-up Polaris seat. 9A had a cracked side table with a large chunk missing, and then pieces of each of the sidewall materials were missing.
