I stayed at an ES earlier this year, and in our shower there was a shampoo, a body wash, and another body wash.

I saw a housekeeper in the hall and told her we needed conditioner. "you're out of conditioner, I'll fill it". No, we have NO conditioner. Yes, I'll fill it. No, we have NO conditioner bottle. Looked at me like I had 2 heads but when we returned one of the body washes was replaced with conditioner. I wonder how long they had been putting conditioner into one of the containers? Which one? (they don't always put them into the "correct" order (to me, lol) of left to right). I didn't want to have to guess, but wouldn't you think someone would have noticed this?
