Yesterday (Saturday, July 15) I flew SFO-ATL-HPN on Delta for a paid ticket (B class) and arrived HPN in early evening. This morning when I logged in Delta.com and saw 3220 miles have been shown as posted (and the million miler balance also reflected the increase of this ticket), however, the total miles available from my account do not reflect this.

The reason why I noticed this is because I clearly remember the total miles available since Wednesday, July 12 - I paid special attention to the available miles balance after finishing two AeroMexico segments on July 9th where my Skymiles number was not printed on AM's boarding pass, but the miles was posted and added to the total miles available eventually on Wednesday.

Though Skymiles monthly statement is no longer available, I was also able to confirm yesterday's miles does not add to the total miles available since I had a recent Skymiles award ticket redemption (where they showed the remaining balance after the redemption), by adding the remaining balance with the mileage activities occurring after the redemption, the total miles available balance is definitely incorrect (missing those 3220 miles).

Just curious whether this has happened to any of you here? If so, how did you get it solved? I hope this is not a common Delta IT glitch.
