Not least because the disembarkation process for E190 (rarely airbridge) means that there is usually plenty of time from Seatbelts Off to Doors Open. Otherwise it's just a prioritisation: if you want your bags close to you, look at row 4 or so, if you want the leg and knee room you want 2C and 2D. 1B isn't really a risk seat but row 1 has less legroom than any other seat. That said, overall, BACF E190s is pretty comfortable in terms of space relative to European airlines.
