Less than you would think. It's not an aircraft with masses of passengers, so if it has to go back a row or two it's hardly going to delay you. Not least because the disembarkation process for E190 (rarely airbridge) means that there is usually plenty of time from Seatbelts Off to Doors Open. Otherwise it's just a prioritisation: if you want your bags close to you, look at row 4 or so, if you want the leg and knee room you want 2C and 2D. 1B isn't really a risk seat but row 1 has less legroom than any other seat. That said, overall, BACF E190s is pretty comfortable in terms of space relative to European airlines.
