I would add “baffling” to “outrageous”…

I don’t have the time or inclination to refute the poster’s assertions one by one, but long-time FTers know that I know what of I speak in this arena.

The poster’s claims that passenger baggage is floating through major airports “in the dark” or that 80% of PAWOBs can be laid at the feet of airport sorting deficiencies are abject nonsense.

Other statements made lead me to believe the poster has never stepped foot in an airside operation east of YYC, and while I like YYC, it is not representative of every baggage sorting system in Canada or elsewhere, and I’ve been knee-deep in many of them over three decades.

Finally, the poster’s refusal to entertain opposing viewpoints indicates that further conversation would be pointless.
