Best is to reach out in advance if you have specific requests,

In my case i asked about Kosher (herscher specific) meals and it was possible with at least 48H advance notice (+surcharge)

I bet bitterballen are part inclusive but as most people know, the friture needs a bit of warming up before they can perfect those goodies
if you depart/arrive in the morning, the friture might not be switched on yet to deliver the goodies in time ....

and yes we all know friture bitterballen should always be on standby, not those airfryer crap ones ...
