FFC Credit after utilizing one oeg
Hello all,

I just flew MUC to FLL and cancelled my return portion over the phone (would not let me cancel online).

the agent mentioned the amount I have but when I try using it it wants me to use my original reservation change function (even though it is cancelled).

is that tied only to the routing or can I call and freely use that FFC to my liking? What are the rules if you cancel after flying the outbound?
