Dearest Rapidex - you are of course correct - but to those of us who try and access bookings and other simple stuff - saying that BA's IT is rubbish be like me discovering that His Holiness the Pope had been Roman Catholic all along. It is only when I have nonsense on Air Canada or TK#s site that I realise that BA is not alone. This is no excuse and two wrongs do not make a right - however from what Uncle Sean, Our Saviour Sure, said in the interview; all the King's Horses and All the King's men are charged with putting the Humpty Dumpty system together again. I long ago gave up believing in Father Christmas or indeed the Tooth Fairy so I am not holding my breath but the fact that it has finally got through to the Powers that Be that there is a problem. We know it, They know it, and now at last they have acknowledged that there is a problem and that they know we know about it.

It is a sad state of affairs, it is a shocking state of affairs but now there has ben a commitment. Please God this summer does not oblige Uncle Sean to move on and another axe man hired in his place.
