This is restaurant dependent.

Most only allow 1 card per cardholder.

Some only allow 1 guest per card

Most allow multiple cards per table (each guest only gets one credit and you can’t use 2 cards as primary to guest in 2 people).

The only thing written in stone is nothing is written in stone with enforcing PP rules. (You technically can swipe the same card every 2 hours at a “lounge”)
