After what feels like ages, you finally get to the final day of your journey and probably the best day of the trip. If you're going to only do a portion of the Canadian, do Edmonton to Vancouver, the views are just spectacular.
Recommend the first seating for day 4. If you're going to get up early to see the Rockies, get up around 4:30 - 5 am to see the Rockies coming into view, any later and you'll be in the Rockies themselves.
Our train was late getting into Jasper so we only had about an hour in Jasper in the morning. Supposed to get there at 6:30am but was an hour late due to freight traffic.
Breakfast was a continental breakfast prior to arriving in Jasper, so muffins, and toast. If you're arriving in Jasper on time, skip the breakfast and grab a bite in town.
Brunch was served shortly after leaving Jasper alongside mimosas. Pasta option was 3 cheese ravioli. Sit on the left hand side for the best views at Brunch.
Dinner day 4:
Minestrone soup or Garden salad
Potatoes or rice
Key lime pie or Strawberry shortcake
If you're in the first seating, you can make it to the Bullet Lounge in time to enjoy the sunset, while the other guests are still eating in the 2nd seating. You'll see the best views of the trips at sunset as you pass through the mountain range.
