This has me thinking about switching back to National as well. But, one of the reasons I switched back to Hertz was that they have more locations and IMO a better rewards program.

In any case, I ended up Facebook messaging Hertz today. They responded quickly, took my info and said they would message the location. Interestingly enough, it was closed out within about 30 minutes after that (I never ever got an email, but that happens a lot) and receipt showed up for me in the app. So I don't know if I just got lucky or the process changed and they had a way to get a message through quickly.
