787 is a good bit better than the 777 all else being the same (it's quieter and the air pressure does help a bit), but if you can ensure the new cabin in the 777 I would go for that.

Can't help with crew or food on the transat. Intra-Europe AF blows KL out of the water.

AF 2E lounges are yet better than 2F (but that would be in place for your return anyway) and KL Schengen lounge is a joke.
