Ritz Abama in Tenerife would be my suggestion. A luxurious resort and we loved our meal at TXOCO. Hire a car and climb literally above the clouds to the volcano on the island and you will transition to what feels like another planet.

Climate never gets too hot due to the ocean currents and the AC in the hotel is strong.

Should be relatively easy to reach from Paris, although might require a connection in London or Spain.
