CWS always font of all knowledge! I would just add for further clarity, there is nothing calling BA in advance will do, and best not to think further beyond what CWS has said. It is a systems limitation so BA phone agents (to all intents & purposes) won’t be able to sort it out & you risk further problems by ‘messing with’ the ticket in advance even if you can get a phone agent who doesn’t think you are talking gobbledygook.
