Um, this looks incredible. Walled town that I've never been to, beautiful property, Michelin-starred joint on premises. Seriously considering -- could start with a night in Reims at the Caserne Chanzy (easy to get to from CDG) then come here for 2-3 nights. Then off to some other place.
