Due to fly on BA223 to Nashville in the next couple of weeks on a 788 in Club. However, looking at recent flight data, it has used a 789 on quite a few of the flights.

If on the day BA allocates a 789 will they actually run a First service and allow paid for upgrades? Or will the First cabin just be used for crew?
