So I get that people have good experiences at Hyatt in general...that is why I decided to give it a go this year. Also was simply noting that I have not personally experienced the incredible, strict adherence to mandatory standard suite upgrades that many tout as a benefit of the program - glad that others have had continued success and maybe I will in the future.
It sounds like what is most relevant to this property, and thread (which I did not mean to derail, as my original comment was regarding the upgrade experience at this property), is that the room type mix at this property places a constraint on upgrade availability, and expectations should be thusly tempered.
