I too am surprised at how little coverage this hotel gets on these forums, unless I am looking in the wrong place.

I also wasn't aware of a Hyatt affiliation - I signed up to Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) and have made a booking for 4 nights next May. There is a 4 for 3 offer if you pay upfront. I also considered the Virtuoso rate but on balance it isn't as appealing as booking direct through SLH (that I can see).
